Many of you will know that Gordon Williams is based in the United States, and he often shares with us his experience of orchestras in that country. This time round he has been thinking about diversity both on the stage and in the audience. Here in Australia the conversation around diversity is also taking place and we can glean useful observations from our colleagues in the Northern Hemisphere.
