ConCERT is appropriate for any individual currently involved in a pregnancy help ministry and will help you gain confidence and competence as you take your skills and knowledge to the next level. In the winter session of ConCERT, you can improve your committment to excellence and continue improving in a flexible, live course.

The winter session of ConCERT will cover consulting considerations, fertility, conception, fetal development, sexual integrity, contraception, sexually transmitted diseases, abortion risks, and much more. By the end of this training, you will earn 14 CEU's toward your Life Affirming Specialist Designation. That's enough to apply for or renew your Life Affirming Specialist Designation!

ConCERT is a distance learning course that allows you to complete the training from the comfort of your own home or office. The winter session of ConCERT will consist of a student manual, audio sessions, supplemental readings and trainings, activities, online discussion boards, a midterm, and a final. The course is set-up to be flexible to your schedule.

To participate, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have completed Heartbeat International's LOVE Approach training, either online or at your center.
• Have reliable access to a computer with an internet connection.
• Be able to log into the online course at least once a week.
• Be able to devote three to five hours per week to the training.
• Be self-motivated and comfortable participating in online discussions, completing reading assignments, weekly activities, and quizzes on your own.
