Salon Vacation
- We want to remind you that the salon will be taking our annual summer break.
- We will be CLOSED Monday, August 3rd through Sunday, August 9th.
- We will begin returning all calls, texts, and emails Monday, August 10th.
Cancelation Policy
We would like to remind all of our guests of our cancelation policy. To help us accommodate all of our clients, we will be consistently implementing this policy.
A No Show, No Call Fee of 50% of missed services may be charged. This fee is charged to guests who schedule an appointment and fail to show up for the appointment and/or fail to call 24 business hours in advance to cancel or reschedule that appointment.
As a courtesy, a reminder call, text, or email will be made 1-2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment to remind you of the date and time. With prior notice we are able to offer the appointment time we had set aside for you to another guest. Everybody wins!
Thank you, in advance, for helping us accommodate all of our guests by canceling your appointment if you are unable to keep your scheduled time.
IN SUMMARY:
- As a courtesy, a reminder call, text, or email will be made 1-2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please make sure we have your current contact information and your preferred way to be contacted.
- Guests must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 business hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to avoid the 50% of services No Call, No Show Fee.
- Payment of No Call, No Show Fees must be paid prior to the next appointment. For your convenience this may be done over the phone.
