Marlborough Events and Conference Quarterly
The Marlborough Regional Events Strategy was establised to maximise economic growth within Marlborough.This new quarterly newsletter aims to inform businesses of the latest events (those that bring visitors to the region) and conferences occurring in the Marlborough region. Businesses can then choose how they make the most of these opportunities.

National Rotary Conference
1 - 2 May | Marlborough Convention Centre with approximately 350 delegates from around New Zealand.

Saint Clair Vineyard Half
9 May | Start and finish at Saint Clair Cellar Door with 3,200 attendees mainly women with approximately 2,800 from out of town.

Revelry
9 May | The new night time event following the Saint Clair Vineyard Half held at the Stadium with approximately 900 expected to attend.

Mothers Day
10 May | Six events listed so far on Follow-ME celebrating Mothers Day. This is a busy day with Saint Clair participants still in town.

Celebrants Association of NZ Conference
15 - 17 May | Marlborough Convention Centre with approximately 70 delegates attending from around NZ.

NZ Wound Care Society Conference
21 - 23 May | Held at the Marlborough Convention Centre with approximately 200 delegates attending from around NZ.

NZ Bird Conference
30 - 31 May | Held at the Marlborough Convention Centre with approximately 130 delegates attending from around NZ.

Rural Contractors Conference
22 - 26 June | Held at the Marlborough Convention Centre with approximately 150 delegates attending from around NZ.

South Island Age Group Squash Champs
10 - 12 July | The South Island Junior Age Group Squash Champs will see families and players travelling to Blenheim to compete in Under 11,13,15,17 and 19 age groups.

Marlborough Book Festival
24 - 26 July | This event is growing in popularity and is attracting strong interest from outside the region. Featuring writers such as Joy Cowley, Patricia Grace, Joe Bennett and Nicky Hager, this event will sell out.
