Supporting ambitious change in challenging times.As we enter a new year, we find ourselves reflecting on nearly twenty years of practice and on the changing realities facing the organisations we work with. Over two decades, Nomad RDC has worked extensively across the education, workplace, and cultural sectors. We have designed innovative spaces, collaborated with people to imagine better futures, gathered insight from thousands of participants, and shared our methods through publications, presentations, and products. Like many practices, our work has evolved in response to wider economic and social change. Following the global recession, we adapted from delivering large-scale capital projects to supporting organisations through co-design, visioning, and people-centred research. This shift has shaped who we are today and positioned us as specialists in helping organisations navigate complexity, constraints, and change.
In the current post-pandemic context, many of our clients are operating in a risk-averse, financially constrained environment, while facing rising expectations and the need to achieve more with fewer resources.
