For the first time in more than 3 decades, comedy legends Monty Python will perform on stage together at London’s O2 Arena. Fans around the world can watch on screen one of the most anticipated theatre events of the year, a chance to say farewell to the Pythons on this last and special night. In Bulgaria you can watch the recording of the satellite broadcast from London at Cinema House on 31 July and 2, 7, 9, 14, 16 and 19 August.

NT Live: A Small Family Business

Don’t miss the latest performance from the National Theatre's groundbreaking project to broadcast the best of British theatre from the London stage to cinemas around the world. A Small Family Business returns to the National Theatre for the first time since its celebrated premiere in 1987, when it won the Evening Standard Award for Best Play. The last broadcast in Bulgaria of the recording of this performance will be on 2 July from 19.00 at Cinema City (Mall of Sofia).

Use your free time in the summer to improve your English. In July we offer 35-hour courses for General and Business English, which are run intensively for two weeks. Summer intensive FCE Booster and CAE Booster courses

Boost your exam skills this summer! Do you need world-recognised Cambridge FCE and CAE exams certification FAST? This summer the British Council is offering 30-hour intensive courses to accelerate your exams skills. Nobody knows Cambridge like we do! Courses begin on 7 July and the registration deadline is 4 July.

New online courses for teachers of English

If you are a teacher of English and have a very busy schedule or live outside Sofia, you can register for our online courses. Join a multi-national online learning community and choose from a number of courses for teachers who want to continue their professional development. Amongst the new skills you can learn are using social networking and other web technologies for educational purposes, as well as cyber well-being for learners. Check out the new schedule of the courses on our website. The registration deadline for the next course session is 10 September.
