Cadbury connects chocolate to a community cause that makes sense for them: bicycles in Africa

Cadbury gets alot of their chocolate in Ghana, so Cadbury invited people to visit a site that helps purchase bicycles for the people of Ghana. Visitors to this site entered UPC codes from Cadbury's products to build a virtual bicycle. Even though it took 100 bicycle parts to donate one bike, in 3 months 5,000 bicycles were given away. That's 5,000 people visiting on 100 times each: 500,000 visits! Visit the BicycleFactory site to see more.

Time to stop phone books?

Nineteen million trees are used each year to publish the White and Yellow Pages phone books.

And there's a lot of energy (7.2 million barrels of oil and 3 billion kilowatt hours of consump-
tion) and waste (268,000 cubic yds of landfill) created as well. So why not just stop printing them? By now most of us are online anyway looking for information. If enough people opt out, they may stop printing them altogether. Interested? Opt-out online at YellowPagesGoesGreen.

Micro sites

We were having a hard time getting on page 1 in a Google search, until...

We've been successful getting ourselves on page 1 for many Google search phrases
(ie: "email marketing services ohio"), but the phrase "website designer columbus ohio" was very competitive and we weren't on page 1. But with this micro site, we finally managed to get there for that critical search term. Maybe we can help you do the same.
