Molly Moon's and fellow Seattle-based milk lover, Beecher's Handmade Cheese have teamed on the ultimate ice cream flavor - Flagship - it's a match made in dairy heaven! 

Ms. Moon is signing books and offering tastes of this delecatable cheese ice cream (on its own, or paired with her rich melted chocolate flavor) at Beecher's in Manhattan's Flatiron District on Thursday, May 17, from 4-6 p.m.

Aren't able to sneak away from the office? That's OK! Ms. Moon is hosting an after party of sorts in The Cellar, that same evening, from 7-9 p.m. Champage & Molly Moon's sorbet bellinis will be served!

Want to be the ultimate hero at this year's Memorial Day BBQ? Head to Sur La Table kitchens in Hell's Kitchen and Arlington, and learn to make Salted Caramel ice cream, Balsamic Strawberry ice cream, deep, dark hot fudge, and rhubarb rose compote by our very own Ms. Moon. The lovely folks at Brooklyn's Vine Wine are hosting a little meet-n-greet in our honor, on Friday, May 18, from 7-9 p.m. and we'd love for you to come! Sorbet cocktails, minitaure ice cream sundaes, and the chance to have your new, favorite ice cream cookbook signed by Ms. Moon! Kids of all ages are welcome. We'll see you there!
