Tabling of the Québec Ombudsman’s 2011-2012 Annual Report

November 1^st, 2011 - Today, the Québec Ombudsperson, Raymonde Saint-Germain, presented the institution’s 42^nd annual report in the National Assembly.

The Québec Ombudsman presents its observations concerning government departments, public agencies, and institutions within the health and social services network based on the complaints it processed that year.
