Greetings WJU Parents,

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Heather Jones and I am the new Alumni/Parent Relations Officer at William Jessup University! I am thrilled that I have been given the opportunity to work with the parents of our wonderful students and hope that I can be a helpful resource to you and your family! 2014-15 marks the first academic year that we have a designated Parent Department at WJU. As a result, we are in the building stages and would love to hear what you would find helpful! Parents of WJU students are welcome to join us for our first annual Parent Community Meeting. The evening will include a few words from President John Jackson, a Q&A Session, an open discussion on the future of the Parent Relations Department and dinner! This meeting is both informational and interactive, so bring your ideas and let us know how you would like to assist in the success of your student(s) and the University! Last Friday night Jessup welcomed over 700 parents, students and family members on campus for the NSO Family BBQ! The day began with over 350 students arriving for New Student Orientation bringing our total WJU student population to a record 1,200+. We are in awe of God's faithfulness and are excited to see what the future holds for your students and the University!
