Conference News

Thanks to all who stopped by our booths at US HUPO and ABRF earlier this year. We were excited to unveil Scaffold DIA, attend interesting lectures and meet with people face to face.

Proteome Software will have a booth at ASMS this year from June 3-7, 2018 in sunny San Diego, California. Visit us at booth 301 to learn more about Scaffold, Elements and all of our exciting programs.

Finally in conference news, Proteome Software will have a presence at the World HUPO conference in Orlando, Florida from Sept. 30 to Oct. 3. More details to follow.

Scaffold DIA

Scaffold DIA was officially released in March 2018. Current Scaffold users should be familiar with its intuitive user interface and robust feature set.

Are you interested in exploring data independent acquisition? Request a free evaluation and try the program for 14-days in your laboratory. We have documentation that will assist with defining instrument parameters for those new to DIA. Chances are the instrument you currently use can collect DIA data.

DIA is gaining popularity due to increased proteomic coverage and more accurate quantitative values. Now is the time to try out DIA for yourself!
