Technology Panel

On October 20th, a Technology Panel was hosted to integrate stories and ideas about remote learning from rural administrators, tech coordinators, and teachers. The panel offered many ideas and solutions that current rural teachers and EIU students could listen to and apply to their practice. To read more about the panel, click here.

Teacher Tech Tuesday 

The EIU Rural School Initiative has implemented a social media campaign to aide in the transition to remote teaching and learning. Teacher Tech Tuesday consists of a post on Facebook and Twitter including tips on how to maximize the remote teaching experience. These tips include offline Google work, manipulating PDF files, and converting files to specific modalities. Follow our social media for these tips.
