Young people contribute to over 56,000 volunteer hours

This year YACymru have been working in partnership with Gwirvol and Sport Leaders UK to promote the Millennium Volunteers Award, and in particular MV50 Sport which recognises 50 hours of volunteering by a young person aged 14-25 in sport.

Sport Your Trainers and get a Team Wales Athlete Visiting Your School

Monday 10th March 2014 marks national Sport Your Trainers day and this year Sport Wales and YACymru have teamed up with Team Wales to offer YA’s across the country, the opportunity to win an athlete visit for their school.
