Take advantage of the fine winter weather

Dear supporter,

Take advantage of the pleasant winter weather. Enjoy the sunshine and take some time out to tick off another preparedness action for your home - joining Queenslanders who have already logged 13,648 actions on the Harden up website.

Also in this eNews, find out about a little known severe weather event, the winter cyclone; discover a historic bushfire; and support children still affected by cyclone Yasi.

Thanks to those of you who have shared your preparedness tips and updated us on weather events your area. If you have experienced a bushfire in your area in recent years, please tell us about it so we can add it to our weather database. Search for your suburb's weather history here to find out what events are listed for your area.
