August is always a busy month in the Skeena. Harvesting and canning salmon, berries and garden goodies is at the top of everyone’s list. It’s a time to celebrate this amazing place we live and reap the benefits of a pristine environment.

With fall only a few weeks away, Skeena Wild wants to help you end another awesome summer with a bang!

SWFF showcases the videos and photographs of visionaries, thinkers, movers and shakers from the Skeena Watershed and beyond into all corners of this big, beautiful world!

Protect Skeena Salmon by telling Trudeau to reject Pacific Northwest LNG!

The Federal Liberals’ decision on PNW LNG is imminent and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency thinks impacts to the Skeena Estuary will be minimal.

But that’s not what leading ocean sediment scientist Dr. Patrick McLaren found.
McLaren’s conclusions indicate if PNW LNG was approved to proceed the unique ecosystems in and around Flora Bank and Lelu Island will be irreversibly destroyed. The second largest salmon run in Canada will be significantly impacted. 

Contact Prime Minister Trudeau today and urge him to reject Petronas’ destructive PNW LNG project.
