Dear Colleagues,
Thank you for your patience as we have updated our survey collection platform. The survey system is now open for this year. The survey submission deadline is January 31, 2020.
If you were an institutional contact for the survey last year or have updated your contact information recently, you should have an approved account that you can access here by setting an in initial password here: https://survey.asee.org/Identity/Account/ForgotPassword
If you get a message, "The email address you entered was not found in the system.” your email address is not in the system. The new system allows for user accounts to be tied to an email address and for multiple users to register for an institution. Institutional users whose contact information we have on file should be able to set a password through the link above.
If you are not currently on file, please start the registration process (via "Register"), but you will need to be approved in our system before moving forward (this should take less than one business day): https://survey.asee.org
Instructions for the survey are available here: https://ira.asee.org/profiles-of-engineering-and-engineering-technology-instructions/
The payment structure for the survey this year is based on three factors: institutional membership in ASEE, broad Carnegie Classification level (doctoral, master's or baccalaureate) and reporting for both a college of Engineering and a College of Engineering Technology. See details here: https://ira.asee.org/profiles-pricing/
Once you are through the registration and subscription process, you should see a link for the "Four Year Survey". This will take you to the Profiles survey for 2019. As we build this system, our plan is to house our other surveys and the data mining tool in the central location (survey.asee.org).
We will hold a webinar to introduce the platform and walk through questions for November 6, 2019 at 2:30 pm ET that will be available here: http://asee.adobeconnect.com/research/
The webinar will not have a call in number and will only be available through the adobe connect software.
We will record the session and post it here: https://ira.asee.org/webinars/
Please email data@asee.org with any questions, concerns or issues you have.
Take care,
Joe
