Telus Donates Mental Health App to CMHA Telus has donated its new iOS mindfulness app, thinkFull, to CMHA. thinkFull is a stress management app aimed at improving the mental health of young adults by helping them monitor and develop coping strategies to manage stress levels. Overdose Crisis Support Group This Vancouver support group takes place on the first Friday of the month and is for anyone who has been affected by the overdose crisis and offers an opportunity for all community members to get together, share their experiences and support one another. For more information. Disability Benefits Help Sheets in Many LanguagesDisability Alliance BC has recently had two of its help sheets translated into Chinese, Persian, Punjabi and Spanish.
