Proteome at Asilomar 2017Proteome Software attended the 2017 ASMS Asilomar conference on Clinical and Translational Metabolomics and presented a poster on the powerful spectral library creation tool found in Elements. The library was created using bile acid standards for investigation of the gut microbiome. We would like to thank Johana Revel and the Maier lab at Oregon State University for their generous contribution to the poster. The conference weekend was full of fascinating research on bringing mass spectrometry based metabolomics into clinical settings. |
