From 12 - 5 pm this Saturday, Sept. 21 join us in Mahogany for the grand opening of a brand new move-up garage show home parade!

We are so excited about this parade, as these will be the most amazing show homes Sabal has ever unveiled. We will be showcasing 2 fabulous show homes including the  jaw-dropping Linea model standing at over 3,500 square feet with a fully developed walk-out basement. This home is shown in a "Bistro Bold" decor style and brings an estate living atmosphere to the front-attached garage parade. Sabal will also feature the ever-popular Insignia model. At 2,127 square feet, this "Urban Rustic" home brings urban elegance and rustic appeal together.

In addition to incredible homes, the event will feature snacks by the Red Wagon Diner and Fiasco gelato, giveaways, face painting, balloon twisters, glitter tattoos and the chance to win a gift card to EQ3.
