ASMS User Group Agenda
The User Group will include:
- New features and programs: Introducing our new Elements software for metabolomics and label free quantitation in perSPECtives
- Presentation: “Quantitative Analysis of Discovery-Based MS/MS Results”, Brian Searle. While shotgun
MS/MS continues to be a highly preferred method for discovery analysis of complex protein samples, there remains much less consensus on quantitative strategies. In fact, different experimental designs can play to strengths of different quantitative methods, and frequently having access to a wide variety of quantitative tools can be advantageous. In this talk we will discuss tactical strategies in Scaffold, Scaffold Q+/Q+S, and perSPECtives to determine the quality of quantitative data sets (label free and labeled) along with solutions to resolve missing data and isolate poor quality runs - Q&A Panel with Brian Searle – Ask burning questions, get first-hand insights
- Gathering your input for new features. Influence our priorities! Let us know what will help you be more successful in your MS/MS analysis
