The Office of Veterans Services signs the Department of Defense Memorandum of Understanding.

The Office of Veterans Services is proud to announce that the University of Pittsburgh has signed the DOD Memorandum of Understanding effective immediately. All Federal Tuition Assistance awarded for the spring term, 2013 will remain on the student’s account. Students can contact the Office of Veterans Services at veterans.pitt.edu or call 412-624-7646 for additional information.

Are you interested in earning extra money?

The Office of Veterans Services has immediate openings for work-study positions. Students must be receiving VA benefits for the upcoming term and be registered for at least 3/4 time at Pitt to be considered for a work-study position in the OVS office. Job responsibilites include: assisting the staff with benefits processing, customer service, and other VA-related work. Students will earn a non-taxable hourly wage equal to the Federal minimum wage.
