The Chocolate Box Hands On Class on Saturday April 21 will involve chocolatier Julia Hetherton taking students on a chocolate tasting
adventure with a tutored chocolate tasting session packed with tasty temptation. Julia will then guide you through the process of making your own moulded, dipped and rolled truffles to create your very own box of chocolates.Both classes start at 9.30am until 3pm, lunch or afternoon tea is included, classes are £160 per person. Fine Wine Dinner – Thursday April 26 Let our wine connoisseur and House Manager Sam Matthews take you on a seasonal adventure, pairing a locally-sourced, seasonal menu with wonderful wines.
