The following morning, we entered new unchartered territory, orchestrating complex planning projects remotely via Zoom and Teams, and engaging with members of planning committees and planning officers virtually. While the last year has posed significant challenges, including the passing of valued clients and friends, we must now all do everything we can to support our economic recovery. The signs are positive and 2021 has seen a significant upturn in new projects, especially in modular building, health care, manufacturing and industrial space, education and, of course, residential development. This newsletter highlights some of our most recent successes, many of them secured in the midst of full lockdown. They are testament to the hard work put in by colleagues and clients. Major mid Kent scheme approved Following a public inquiry with evidence given by DHA's planning and transport teams, the Inspector issued the decision approving 440 units at Church Road in Otham, Kent.
