This month, you don't want to miss the double-whammy of educational transformation and progress as the GLCC presents Third Thursday's meetup and Friday's 360 Degree Learning event at Manpower.

Then the main GLCC 360 Degree Learning event takes place at Manpower on Friday, November 18. Student projects and exhibitions along with adult presentations and knowledge sharing--all in the spirit of constructive, project based, hands on learning.

Holiday Make-a-Thon - Nov 25

Alt

The day after Thanksgiving is typical shopping day. Bucketworks, Milwaukee Makerspace, and others partner to offer Milwaukee families the opportunity to make their own gifts, instead of shopping. Join us from 1-5pm for:

  • Circuit-making and LEDs
  • Sewing and stitching
  • Wrapping paper making
  • Other miscellaneous gift creation and decorating

The event is family friendly, free, and fun.

Want to volunteer?
Please contribute whatever you can in terms of help, promotion, or setup. If you have a creative idea for something that people can make, bring it down and present it to the community! We would welcome the chance to learn from you.

Check out the Facebook Event for more information!
