Caveworld Pre-wedding photoshoots In New Zealand we are seeing a growing number of wedding couples taking pre-wedding photos, which are displayed on their wedding day. In particular an increasing number of Chinese couples are using their New Zealand holiday to get their pre-wedding photos taken. This was made popular with the recent visit of Chinese celebrity power couple Nicky Wu and Liu Shishi (Nicky has been dubbed China’s answer to Justin Timberlake). Because of Footwhistle Cave's Glowworm displays and the fact they offer private tours they have seen a lot of interest in pre-wedding photo shoots. Xing Shi of Wing photography is one of New Zealand’s leading Chinese pre-wedding photographers. Xing raves about the location and loves the fact Footwhistle offers a stable climate and consistent photo opportunities (many of his locations are very weather dependent and require helicopter access). Xing says international interest is continuing to grow and now makes up over half of his clientele. The Caveworld team find offering specialised photography tours as the perfect add-on to their boutique Footwhistle Cave experience. Their private tours have seen continual growth and owner Kyle Barnes says “having a small, dedicated guiding team and getting the ability to work with these top photographers is certainly rewarding and a great learning experience for the whole team. It’s so great to see our guests buzzing at the images they have captured here." If you require any information on the products mentioned above, please contact Jason Baker.
