As of March 14th, there are a total of 791 age-friendly cities and communities in the Region of the Americas. Our newest members include La Habana Vieja, Cuba and Campeche, Mexico. Welcome! This third advocacy brief highlights how the health and well being of older people are affected by climate change and how climate change is relevant across all four action areas of the Decade plan. Join the live premiere screening event to watch three films and to hear reflections from older people and local partners involved in the process. The project’s first stage resulted in three community-made films from Canada, Jordan and Togo, capturing lessons learned from the process.
