Cannabis Culture crackdown is all questions and no answers. Marc and Jodie Emery’s arrest, and the simultaenous police raids of their dispensaries across the country, have pro-pot commentators speculating that it's all about the Liberals making an example of the pair as it prepares to hand lucrative pot-producing licenses to corporate growers.
