Transitioning from Summer To Fall

Just a friendly reminder, the first day of Fall Quarter is Wednesday, September 11th. Starting the week of Monday, September 9th, all student employees must go back to their 25 hours per week limit.
Any student employees who graduated this past spring will need to end their position by the first day of the Fall Quarter.

Student Hiring Communication

With the enhancement of the Office of Student Employment record system, managers can now expect to receive an email once any kind of SEAF or document is processed by our office. This new process allows managers to confirm that the document has been approved and submitted to HR  to continue the multi-step hiring process.

Are You Hiring a Large Group of Students?

Schedule a Hiring Session!

If you are planning to hire a large group of students at once in your department, you may want to consider scheduling the Office of Student Employment to come to your department to do a hiring session. A hiring session simplifies the student hiring process by having all new student employees meet on one day in one location to complete all necessary hiring paperwork. If you know you are going to be hiring a large group of students at once, a hiring session may be a good option for your department.

Please contact Sarah Carbone as soon as possible to schedule your session as dates are filling quickly.
