Discounts for Down Syndrome Awareness Month 2022
and Training Tools!

Happy Down Syndrome Awareness Month! Now is a ideal time to stock up on materials about Down syndrome. All of our materials are available free online, but some medical professionals and parent advocacy groups like to have printed materials to give new and expectant parents at the moment of diagnosis or in welcome baskets.

This month, you can purchase discounted Lettercase and Down Syndrome Pregnancy products from our bookstore for 20% off. Two of our flagship books, Diagnosis to Delivery a Pregnant Mother's Guide to Down Syndrome and Welcoming a Newborn with Down Syndrome were just recently revised and are available in English and Spanish.

Our materials are also included  in the 2022 AAP Guidelines for the Health Supervision for Children and Adolescents With Down Syndrome as recommended resources for families of children with Down syndrome during pregnancy and infancy.

Lettercase Resources

Medical practices and hospitals often use the printed Lettercase resources when discussing a prenatal diagnosis or screening results to expectant parents first receiving the news. All condition-specific resources are reviewed by representatives of national medical and advocacy organizations. Also great for advocacy organizations to share with medical providers through medical outreach programs!

  • "Understanding Prenatal Screening and Testing" bi-folds in English ($1.50 each) or Spanish ($2 each)
  • Understanding a Down Syndrome Diagnosis in English and Spanish ($8)
  • Understanding a Down Syndrome Diagnosis bi-folds in 9 different languages ($4 each)
  • "Delivering a Prenatal or Postnatal Diagnosis" bi-folds for medical providers ($1.50 each)

Down Syndrome Pregnancy Resources

Medical practices and Down syndrome advocacy organizations often use the Down Syndrome Pregnancy Resources for new parents and expectant parents who are preparing for the birth of the baby and have more detailed questions. Great for gift baskets!

  • Diagnosis to Delivery: A Pregnant Mother's Guide to Down Syndrome (10 Year Anniversary Edition) in English or Spanish ($12 each)
  • Welcoming a Newborn with Down Syndrome: A New Parent's Guide (Second Edition) in English or Spanish ($12 each)
  • Breastfeeding and Down Syndrome ($12)
  • Your Loved One Is Having a Baby with Down Syndrome ($8)
  • The Congratulations Project hard cover ($32) and soft cover ($17)
  • Coping with Loss: Down Syndrome for those who experience loss through miscarriage, stillbirth, or the death of a child ($8)
