Announcing the release of Scaffold DIA

Scaffold DIA

The look and feel of Scaffold, the power of DIA!

After the announcement at ASMS 2017, we are proud to officially release Scaffold DIA. Proteome Software hopes to keep up with current trends by expanding our product line to include Data-Independent Acquisition proteomics. Existing Scaffold users will recognize the same user-friendly interface that has come to be the industry standard for visualizing proteomics data. Features include:

  • Turn-key program: go from raw data to reports using one program
  • Search raw data against a FASTA, a DIA chromatogram library, or a Scaffold/Skyline derived library
  • No need for RT calibration peptides
  • Protein-centric analysis with FDR control
  • Accurate quantitative values derived from fragment ion intensities
  • Robust statistical analysis that accounts for complex experimental designs
  • Intuitive graphical user interface, and an optional command-line interface (CLI)

If your laboratory is interested in DIA proteomics and you would like a free evaluation of Scaffold DIA, select the button below for more information.
