Mix together ingredients and coat ribs thoroughly with dry rub. Place ribs in crock pot, cover and cook on low 8 – 10 hours. Glaze Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 Tbsp packed dark brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp soy sauce Combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire & soy sauce; mix well. Remove ribs from Crock-pot and discard cooking liquid. Coat ribs with sauce; return to Crock-Pot and cook on HIGH 30 minutes or until ribs are glazed. *TIP: Making more than 2 racks of ribs? Double the glaze recipe!
