Formerly, the lobby lounge at the JW Marriott Chicago provided what Director of Restaurants Stacy Elefante says was “a minor breakfast setup”: coffee, pastries, and a few different breakfast sandwiches. Last year, after three months spent developing a new concept, the lobby lounge unveiled an amped-up breakfast menu. Since the new menu rolled out in May 2014, guest feedback is positive, and lobby lounge breakfast sales are up by 27%. (click to read more)
