Treat

If you find an orange in your stocking this Christmas it may be harkening back to the tale of gold left behind by St. Nicholas. Or it could be a tip of the hat to the Great Depression when oranges were an exotic and welcomed treat. Either way, Snoboy, Inc. has been delivering oranges for decades; once using wooden crates with handsome labels like the one shown here.

University of Toronto Mississauga
M Magazine, Fall 2018

M magazine keeps the University of Toronto Mississauga's community up-to-date on a wide variety of campus activities. The Fall 2018 issue covers everything from the exciting work of five UTM researchers in the human health arena to the number of movies and TV series shot on the campus in the past year. The striking image on the cover is from an installation that was part of a contemporary art festival presented by UTM’s Blackwood Gallery and the City of Mississauga.

Paul Fraumeni
Website

Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with Paul on many projects. We were thrilled when he asked us to design his website. When it came time to select just the right typeface for the site, we chose Supra Sans. Like Paul, this font has lots of personality and character. Just look at the lowercase “r” and “t” – very friendly and somewhat unexpected. And it certainly helps that Paul likes orange, a colour that he has a special connection to. If you know Paul, ask him why.

Hillfield Strathallan College
Annual Report

An effective annual report theme will strengthen key messaging and turn a potentially dull report into a captivating communications asset. Hillfield Strathallan College’s 2017-2018 annual report "Growing Community" resonated with its readers because it was so authentic to the school. Throughout the report we see convivial and committed students, teachers, staff, donors and volunteers who continue in their effort to open their community in support of new students, outreach, programming, and learning experiences.
