David brings 40 years of experience in civil design, planning, construction management and project administration. The Citadel alumnus has managed health care, municipal, industrial, and institutional projects throughout the southeastern United States and is a licensed engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.

As a resident of Greenville, SC for 22 years, Dean is a welcome addition to our Greenville location. He is responsible for project management, business development, and design. Dean has 37 years of experience in construction and land development for commercial and residential projects.

A Greenville, SC native, Dennis has lived in several parts of the country over the years including  FL, NC, AL, and OH. Dennis has a wide-range of experience in Industrial Civil Engineering, including markets of pulp & paper, plastic injection molding, airplane construction, tobacco processing, and chemical manufacturing. His other areas of experience include multifamily housing, subdivision, light commercial, US Army Corps of Engineers base construction (Fort Drum, NY), Naval Facilities submarine base construction (Kings Bay, GA), and private charter schools. Dennis previously held general contractor licenses for 10 states including SC, NC, VA, WV, AL, MS, LA, TN, AR, and CA.

Josiah Wells

 A recent graduate from The University of South Carolina, Josiah is one of the newest members of our Greenville G3  team. Working as a Designer I, Josiah's responsible for designing and assisting his team on many G3 projects. As a longtime resident of the upstate of South Carolina, Josiah is excited to start his engineering career here with us at G3 Engineering & Surveying and we are equally excited to have him as part of our team.

Kyle is also a new addition to G3's  Greenville location as a Designer II/ Project Coordinator, Kyle is responsible for all aspects of the design and permitting phases, as well as coordinating with clients and various agencies to complete  projects. He has recently moved back to the upstate of South Carolina after spending 5 years in Asheville, NC, gaining experience as a civil engineer. 

Alex Leonard

Originally from Apex, North Carolina, Alex is a CADD Technician I for the Greenville Team. After spending his undergrad college years in Virginia Beach, Alex is now a graduate student at Clemson University.  He recently assisted G3 at the Clemson Fall Career Fair, where he was able to share a wealth of knowledge with students. Working at G3 has given Alex in-depth experience in the design and development industry while finishing his Master’s in Landscape Architecture.
