Happy (almost) Canada Day! This weekend, we want you to drink Canadian… well, Italian Canadian. Almost 20 years ago, two local boys, Davide and Bruno Codispoti, started bringing their favourite elements of Italian cuisine to Ontario, keying in on their family heritage and adding to the pantry of many of Ontario’s Italian chefs. Tasting Notes: Amalfi Aperitivo Spritz uses real sparkling wine and an infusion of herbs, roots, quinine and citrus (orange and tangerine) to create its flavours.
