Charlie Angus is fighting for the right to label Doug Ford the #whitetrashpremier. Having already been censured by Facebook for using the hashtag, the NDP MP faced heat for using it on Twitter. And some even feel that it should be a fireable offence:

Every vote for Faith Goldy cost an extra $1.68. Goldy filed a lawsuit after CP24 refused to run her mayoral campaign commercials. Publicity for the stunt might’ve helped her get a few of her 25,667 votes. But the case was quashed by the courts, and now she’s got the biggest bill you’ve seen from Bell:

Jazz.FM91’s recent fundraising haul quartered by a court. The radio station raised just over half of its $350,000 fall goal. Nearly half of that will now be vapourized, because Jazz.FM lost a court battle to keep supporter email addresses out of the hands of a group of supporters trying to change the station.
