Hello,
Much has been happening on our little island of Pine Cay, so it's time for an update. Most newsworthy is that Bev and Wally, after more than a decade of wonderful years of service, have moved on to retirement. Staffan and I hope to host and meet all of you in the days, months, and years to come. Join us in wishing Bev & Wally luck, as they enjoy being stateside and venture off to foreign lands. Additionally, we would like to congratulate Sara Spudowski
on her latest accomplishment and rising to the occasion of Executive Chef. Guests have been nodding their approval to her talents for over a year as a pastry chef, and are delighted with the flavors she produces while she transitions into running the kitchen. Sara is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute and has worked in Toronto, Vermont, Hawaii, California, and Alaska. To keep current with what is happening on Pine Cay, like us on Facebook.

The Meridian Club on Pine Cay is a perfect location for your family reunion, wedding celebration (or renewal vows) or simply a small corporate retreat. The island is private, optimizing the experience and interaction of all the guests, and there is much to do (though some visitors limit their time to our two mile beach.) We have hosted groups as small as 8 persons and upwards of 60. Larger group accommodations include some of the home rentals available on Pine Cay. Drive a golf cart, enjoy world-class fishing, snorkel every day, take in a treatment at the spa, play tennis or basketball, or enjoy nearly every water sport imaginable. Let us make your special celebration one every guest will talk about for decades to come.

Did you know you could rent a home on Pine Cay? Many of our beach room guests return and are looking for a slightly different experience. Perhaps renting a home will hit the mark. Or maybe you have visited so many times you say you wished you could own a home on Pine Cay? Well, it is more possible than you know.
