Hello T’22s!

We are excited to welcome you to Tuck! We know that most of you are beginning to plan your travel and arrival, so we have created a survey to help us capture your plans and provide more detailed information about the move-in process. The general guidelines that we will use to organize this process are outlined below. As always, we are happy to take questions.

We ask that you complete the Arrival Survey, by following the link listed at the bottom of this email, by Monday, July 20 at 5:00 p.m. ET. As you complete the survey, please be advised that:

  1. All students will be asked to take a COVID-19 test once they arrive on campus. You will be asked to sign up for a time to go to Dartmouth College Health Services to take this test. The testing process should take about 15 minutes.

  2. All students need to complete the survey, regardless of where you will be living. We have separate questions for on and off campus students.

  3. If you are an international student, you will be asked to provide information, to the best of your ability, about your visa appointment. We are very mindful that a large part of the visa process is out of your individual control.

  4. Students living off campus will still be required to come to campus to register, pick-up mailbox and locker keys, and receive their student ID.

  5. Students living on campus will be asked to sign up for a two-hour time slot to move into their dorm room. We can only accommodate a certain number of people in each time block, due to social distancing requirements.

  6. The booking tool will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis until the slots in a particular time block are all reserved. When all time slots are reserved, that block will no longer be listed.

Please complete the Arrival Survey now.

Thank you for your participation. We need to understand your intentions as clearly as possible because your arrival time impacts multiple departments at Tuck who are planning for your arrival.

Please let us know if we can answer any questions you may have.

Thank you!
