FACULTY AND STAFF SOCIAL

Please join us for the Winter Faculty and Staff Social and enjoy the opportunity to visit with old friends and colleagues!  The social will be held from 3 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 4, in the Rogalski Center Ballroom. Hors d’oeuvres and complimentary wine and beer will be provided.

There are no retirees being recognized this semester, but mark your calendar for the Spring Social on April 30, 2014 when the following will be joinging the ranks of always Ambrosians:  George Bailey, Dean Marple, Bea Jacobson, Linda Brown, Owen Rogal and Bill Hitchings

Feast of St. Ambrose/McMillan Awards

The Feast of St. Ambrose Mass will be celebrated at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 1, in the Chapel. The Most Rev. Martin Amos, DD, Bishop of the Diocese of Davenport, will preside over the mass. The McMullen Awards, named in honor of St. Ambrose's founder, Bishop John McMullen, will be presented to individuals who embody the university's mission of enriching the lives of others.  This year's recipiants are Mary Joy Allaert Feeney and Edward '64 and Lynne (posthumously) Henkhaus.  You are invited to attend the liturgy and award ceremony. A reception will follow.

Always Ambrosians Parking Passes

If you are on campus on a frequent basis (and we hope that you are!) you are welcome to go on line and fill out an application for a campus parking pass.  Calvin Cooper will authorize a pass for any members of our organization.  Any questions or problems, just call Margaret Babbitt at 563.333.6287 or babbittmargarets@sau.edu.
