Dear Friend,
As we begin this new year, I am thrilled to share MOUSE's progress in the NYC Connected Learning Program! MOUSE is one of many partners participating in this program focused on improving student achievement and strengthening the connection between schools and home-based learning in high-need schools across New York City.
MOUSE has more than doubled its presence in New York City schools as part of the Connected Learning program, providing new opportunities for hundreds of middle school students to become technology leaders in their schools and communities. As you will see in this issue, our MOUSE Squad students participating in Connected Learning recently had the opportunity to meet NYC Schools Chancellor Cathie Black.
It is an exciting time for MOUSE -- with growth in New York City as well as locations across the country. Thanks to your support, MOUSE will continue to expand our programs, giving students the opportunities to build essential skills and become the talent for the workforce of tomorrow!
Best,
Carole Wacey
