The law(s) legalizing the recreational use of marijuana may be agreed upon soon. Once regulations are set, we will contact you. PDFNJ will be revising our drug-free workplace tool kit so members can adjust their drug-free workplace policies and procedures as needed to be in full compliance with the law(s).
