The Railings

The Railings is our next phase of new homes at Middlewood Locks and we are so excited to tell you more about it! 

There will be 189 new homes in total and for the first time at Middlewood Locks we will be featuring beautiful canalside townhouses.

Ground Breaking Ceremony

We were absolutely delighted to welcome the Salford City Mayor Paul Dennett and Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham to the Ground Breaking ceremony for the Railings at Middlewood Locks. 

It was great to celebrate another milestone as we break ground on a further 189 much needed new homes.

It was wonderful to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee with our fabulous Middlewood Locks community.  There was plenty of cake, games, fun and laughter during the Big Jubilee lunch held in our local Seven Bro7hers Beerhouse. They say pictures speak a thousand words…

Sounds From The Other City

We were thrilled to be involved in this year’s Sounds From The Other City (SFTOC) and host some of the events at Middlewood Locks.  And yes... that is a giant disco ball rolling down Lockside Lane at Middlewood Locks! Mark Carlin, Director at SFTOC tells us more about the ideas and the inspiration behind this amazing music festival.
