Peer Mentoring Opportunity in CGS

Each year the College of General Studies recruits a number of CGS Students to be Peer Mentors and assist nontraditional first-year and transfer students with their transition to the University of Pittsburgh. If you are interested in participating in this program, please contact Dr. Sherry Miller Brown at sbrown@pitt.edu. Peer mentoring training will take place in June 2014. More information.

This three-phase program allows fellows a unique opportunity to use the principles of entrepreneurship, innovation, and human-centered design to create the greatest impact on the health of communities. The fellowship will run from September 8, 2014 – July 31, 2015. More information.
