Train To Be A Top Flight Coach Or Mentor

LeaderGen Ltd has secured a number of lucrative contracts in the East Africa region. In order to staff this expansion, LeaderGen are seeking to recruit high calibre individuals with senior management experience to train as business coaches, mentors and training facilitators, to assist in the delivery of its programmes in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi.

LeaderGen‘s policy is ensure a consistently high standard of delivery. To achieve this, all new associates are required to complete our two-day Foundation in Executive Coaching workshop, before progressing onto our advanced Master Practitioner course. Only associates who have attended these training days will be eligible to facilitate LeaderGen workshops or deliver our coaching & mentoring services.
