News from Gateway85 - October 2018 PROJECT UPDATESThe CID has commissioned a Freight Plan to address freight movement and infrastructure along the busy I-85 corridor within our district.The Beaver Ruin Road Mid-block Crossing has been approved to move forward. Look for activity along this busy stretch in the coming months. The Beaver Ruin Creek Trail Concept Study will concentrate on transportation and green space needs in the district. Strategic Leadership VisitIn Mid- September, Marsha joined a group who participated in the Gwinnett Chamber's annual strategic leadership visit where they heard best practices and lessons learned from others making an impact in their region. GACS Summer Intern Fellowship ProgramOn September 26th we spent time with our friends at Greater Atlanta Christian School celebrating the success of their Summer Intern Fellowship Program.
