Join us for National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week (NVW) is an annual celebration to acknowledge the generous contribution of our nation's incredible volunteers.

Throughout Monday 15 - Sunday 21 May 2023 thousands of activities will be held across the country to say thank you to the 6 million Australians who volunteer their time.

What to look forward to!

>> Applications are now open for National Volunteer Week Grants

Supported by Lotterywest, each year Volunteering WA offers grants of up to $1,000 to be used by organisations to celebrate their volunteers during National Volunteer Week.

In 2022, over 176 Western Australian volunteer organisations received a grant with 213 events held across Western Australia recognising more than 12,231 volunteers.

Grant applications are open 27 January to 5:00pm Sunday 5 March 2023.
