Hi Friend!

Sometimes it’s difficult to really relax, isn’t it? To let go and just be despite what’s happening around us. I think we’ve all had a hard time truly relaxing the last few months given all that’s happened. Our recent life circumstances have left us all on edge and our stress response shifted into high gear.

And for some of us, who’ve endured past traumas or have a perfectionist personality, relaxing can seem foreign to us. Our stress response is perpetually shifted into overdrive, keeping us from enjoying the sweeter parts of life.

This week I want to share with you what I did to shift my stress response out of overdrive and how I learned to finally relax. I’ll share how I overcame the stress brought on by fear, survival, and scarcity, and how I ultimately shifted into abundance and security. I hope that what I share will help you find the inner peace and relaxation we all truly deserve.
