Blogging on Energy Justice, and More from our ThemesScience writer Osha Gray Davidson, is on location ... again. Osha, who reported earlier this year from GEO-X in Geneva, is back in the United States, in Vermont. Osha is on a media fellowship at Vermont Law School, attending an intensive summer course on “Global Energy Justice." He'll be blogging about his experience for the next week or so. Speaking of live events, there also was the July 2 launch of OCO-2 to measure the global distribution of atmospheric carbon, in case you missed it. Earthzine is about personal experiences, too. See a back-and-forth review of the book "Connection" by Editor-in-Chief Paul Racette and Science Writer Elise Osenga, and "How Embracing What We Don’t Know Can Drive Solutions to World Problems" from our Essays on Hope series. If you're interested in hard science and research, see "The Primary Advantage in Utilizing Remote Sensing Assets for Extreme Heat Vulnerability Studies" from our Health theme. There's also an article on how Dr. Francine Berman is hoping to change the way data is collected, used, and shared to solve problems around the globe. Thanks for reading,
