Message From Chris | I CARE in Action | Administrative Fellow | Smoothie Kiosk | Your Feedback | Newsletter Texting | I CARE Leader ![]() Week of August 8, 2022![]() Chris Siebenaler, Why Performance Excellence?Performance Excellence: Why are we doing this? Why is this journey so important to our staff, our hospital, and ultimately our patients? Instead of me giving you the why, it is is best to hear it straight from your fellow employees, many of whom have been on this Performance Excellence journey for quite some time now. You can hear their stories in the video below. In August, your managers will begin to ask you questions like these in your staff meetings in hopes it gets your mind thinking about your commitment to Performance Excellence in your unit and across this hospital. Our work towards Performance Excellence takes Everybody, Every Day. Your voice and your participation are our journey. Thank you for all you do in your commitment to HMSL. Knowing Our "Why""I am committed to being a part of the success of Performance Excellence as I want to continue to see Houston Methodist Sugar Land lead in healthcare. I am always proud whenever I drive past the hospital and my kids shout out, 'that there is where mommy works!' Everything we do is centered around excellence and I am proud to be a part of that excellence." ![]() Upcoming Epic UpdateOur next Epic Update is Sunday, August 14 and includes new features and enhancements.
