Welcome to The Lodge

Set over a ten-acre heritage site with mature woodland, we are excited to release the very first update from this residential project that we have been working on since early 2020. We are creating an exclusive development in Drayton, Norwich of thirty-eight properties with a fabulous mix of conversions, apartments and new builds.

We are opening up our diaries over the Christmas and New Year period for two exclusive guided tour days with the opportunity to come and view the start of the creation of The Lodge, Drayton.

On Monday 28th December and Saturday 2nd January, you will have the opportunity to sign up to a guided tour of the first two properties with a chance to view the entire site with Project Directors Iain Wilson and Jamie Perry. It is your chance to see how the story is unfolding of this fascinating building and heritage site.

How do I book an appointment?

Please head to The Lodge website and register your preferred visit time and contact details. Due to current COVID restrictions the number of people we can see over these two days will be reduced so please be courteous in regards to whether you are interested in a property here Vs general viewing.
General viewing will be available at later stages of the development.

How will the show-rounds work?

Each time slot will be carefully managed and split into small groups. During the tour we ask that people wear a face mask indoors and maintain social distancing at all times. For external spaces it is at your discretion whether you choose to wear a face mask.

Come wrapped up with sturdy footwear and we will have a hot beverage and a Christmas pie to nibble on the way round.
